Gather as much information as you can about what you are interested in and provide as much information to me when you contact me. |

· First, I like to discuss what is expected and the client needs and expectations. We review size, medium, and time limitations. · If a portrait is being commissioned, I schedule a meeting and take several pictures of my client. Pictures can also be provided by the client; however, I like taking my own photos because it is a way of getting to know my client. However, if you have a landscape or still life that you are interested in, a photo from the client is required. · At this time, we go over your ideas. Your initial contact and meeting is free. · After the photo session and initial contact, I will develop the photos and send them to you via mail or email along with a contract. We will discuss which photo you desire for the commission, colors, mediums, size, etc. · A contract will be provided after the discussion and will include the cost of the project. Once the contract is signed, a 50% deposit is required. · When the commission is complete, a delivery time will be set up, and the remaining balance will be due. Prices do not include taxes, framing or shipping. If requested, current costs will be applied and researched prior to contract negotiation. |
